APARTMENT LOCATION

This is a large modern and totally refurbished three bedroom apartment (1,210 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 8) located in a corner building on the Ile Saint Louis with sweeping views over the Seine River and the Marais district on the Right Bank of Paris. It is located on the second floor, with elevator, of a modern building with security code and intercom. From here you have easy walking access to all of the Ile Saint Louis and the Ile de la Cite with the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Sainte Chapelle. A short stroll to the Right Bank will take you to the Marais, Chatelet, or Les Halles. In the other direction you can easily walk to the Left Bank of the Seine River and reach Place Saint Michel, the Saint Germain des Pres district, and the Latin Quarter.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The big salon is furnished with two sofas. The dining area has a large round white table that will seat eight. Equipment includes a large flat screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The main bed room is equipped with a large and comfortable Queen size bed and overlooks the interior building courtyard. It also has its own built-in wash basin in the bedroom.

The two other bedrooms have two single beds each, and lots of storage space .

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top w/exhaust hood, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and clothes washer and dryer.

The bath room has a bathtub with hand shower and a separate walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet.
