This is a petite modern efficiency studio (220 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 2) located on the ground floor of a good secure building located right on the Quai of the Ile Saint Louis looking towards the Right Bank and the Marais District. This building is at the end of the Quai just next to the little shaded terrace at the point of the Ile Saint Louis. Here you are only a short one block walk from the bridge to the Ile de la Cite or a small hop across to the Marais district. This location is close to the exact center of Paris and that puts many of the most interesting sights within easy reach.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This studio has a main room with a window that opens to look out upon the Seine River. There is a comfortable high quality folding Queen size sofa-bed. When not open for sleeping it gives a living-room area to enjoy TV or just relax. Equipment includes Flat Screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. The dining table can seat two guests. A kitchen corner has been installed in the main room so you will have the chance to prepare your breakfast or simple meals. There is an under counter refrigerator, Microwave oven, and a small electric cook-top. For visual simplicity the kitchen can be hidden behind two doors to look like a simple wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
