APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This is a typical Parisian district, with lots of theaters, venues, and restaurants, with a "brasserie" just near the building. This spot is also close to the largest department stores (Galeries Lafayette & Printemps) and perfect for a french shopping experience. This is the district of the Parisians passages (very romantic little streets crossing the buildings that Walter Benjamin loved so much) & the district of the beautiful Palais Royal, where philosophers used to meet in the XVIIIth Century. In a few words you can get everything in Paris just by crossing the street.

This family apartment has a large living room with a modern working fireplace with firewood and an “L” shaped modern style sofa situated opposite. There is also a large dining table with chairs at one end of the salon. The living room has windows on one side overlooking the small street and windows on the other side overlooking a small private interior garden courtyard. The equipment includes a large plasma screen with DVD player, stereo, DSL internet access, and phone. The décor is modern and comfortable with lots of art objects and books everywhere.

There are two bedrooms with "split" Queen size beds and one bedroom with two double size beds. A "split" Queen bed consists of two custom made single beds that can be put together to make one seamless Queen size bed or set up as two separate single beds.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a full size conventional oven, microwave, cook-top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The adjacent utility closet has a full size washer and dryer stack. All shops are nearby as well as many buses, metros, and taxis.

The large bathroom has an Italian style glass enclosed walk-in shower, two basins, and and a toilet. There is also an additional toilet with a basin in its own separate enclosure located near the entry
