The Louvre Museum, the Place Vendome, the Madeleine, and the Paris Opera Garnier are all close to this apartment. This is a very beautiful apartment which is ideally located with major tourist attractions in the surrounding area, many restaurants and of course the most beautiful "pret à porter” stores in Paris. The apartment is located on the interior courtyard of a good building on the fourth floor without elevator so there are three flights of stairs. The apartment is very clear and especially calm.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment has a large lounge and dining room with an ultra modern custom kitchen and two bedrooms. It has been completely renovated with good quality furnishings. The living room has a high quality double sofa bed for two and the dining area has a table that seats four. Equipment includes a flat screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The first bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

There is also a beautiful custom made open style kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top, microwave oven, and dishwasher.

The bathroom, accessible independently from both bedrooms and living room, includes a full bathtub with a shower attached to the wall and basin. There is also a clothes washer/dryer. The toilet is separated.
