Short term furnished vacation rental, three bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, that sleeps seven guests in Saint Germain des Pres in arrondissement 7, in Paris, France.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located over an interior building courtyard set far back from the street and is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The apartment entry opens on to a huge family room which the forms the center of the apartment. This contains a very large open style kitchen, a large dining area with table and chairs, and a building office/work center along one wall. There is also access to a small exterior private terrace (about 150 Sq. Ft.) directly from the kitchen. The modern kitchen has a refrigerator, full size convection oven, gas cook-top, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes washer/dryer located in a small separate walk-in closet.

At one end of the family room there is access to the main sitting room furnished with contemporary pieces and a few antiques. There are two sofas… one is a double sofa-bed and the other could sleep one person as an “extra” ninth person. This main sitting room has a door that can be closed to turn it into a 4th bedroom with privacy if desired. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

Also accessed from the central family room is a hall leading to the bathrooms and the three bedrooms. One the left side there is a modern bath with double basin and full bathtub with wall shower… and separate toilet in its own enclosure. On the right side is the first of three bedrooms… all arrayed in a direct line and accessed from the first.. to the second… to the third. Thus this unique layout is best used in a family environment. The large first bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in bookshelves, and a sitting area with two comfortable easy chairs. There is also a door leading to the second bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged together to make one large bed. Finally, another door from this second bedroom leads to a small third bedroom. This third bedroom has a single bed… and an extra pad kept under the mattress that can be put on the floor to sleep a child. This last bedroom also has a hidden panel hiding a second toilet in a small enclosure.

There is one small portable Air Conditioning unit that can be moved around to cool the room of your choice.
