Rue de Buci is one of the most typical of Parisian streets with its daily and lively open-air market street, food shops, cafes, and restaurants. Located away from the street on the ground floor of a classical old building, this quiet apartment, approximately 620 Sq. Ft., faces an interior courtyard.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2006-7, and features a large living room with American style open plan kitchen, high ceilings with moldings, and massive wood parquet floors which are a century old but completely restored. There is a double sofa bed and regular sofa, a round dining table with chairs, and antique furniture. In front of the living room the door opens to a portion of the courtyard screened off by bamboo planters giving you use of a private portion as a terrace where there is a small table and chairs. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL with Wi-Fi Internet access.

The apartment capacity is 6 guests, 2 in the living room sofa bed and 2 in each bedroom. The first bedroom is equipped with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom, with 2 twins beds that can be put together as one bed, has an ensuite bathroom with a full bathtub with wall shower, basin, and toilet.

The kitchen has a combo microwave oven, a full size upright refrigerator w/freezer, a two burner electric cook-top w/exhaust hood, a full size clothes washer and a separate full size clothes dryer.
