This gem of an Air Conditioned apartment with a private roof-top terrace sleeps 4 in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres just at the corner of rue de Buci and rue de Seine. Here you have everything; sweeping views of Paris, privacy, fresh food shops, coffee shops, restaurants, many art galleries, movie theaters, and upscale shopping on the Boulevard Saint Germain.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This 385 Sq. Ft. apartment is a beautiful and classic Air Conditioned Pied a Terre in Paris on the 7th floor (elevator until the 6th floor). The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, and easy chair as well as a custom designed petite staircase leading up to a spacious private roof-top terrace. The terrace, on the roof of the building with wonderful views of Paris has a metal and glass dining table w/four chairs. There is Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.

The bedroom area, separated from the main room but not closed (no door), has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with combination Microwave/Convection oven, Dishwasher, and Clothes Washing/Dryer. There is a small table w/four chairs for casual use between the kitchen and the salon.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin. The toilet is separate.

CAUTION: This building has a full set of stairs that need to be negotiated to reach the floor where the elevator starts.
