APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Completely remodeled and refurbished in the spring of 2006, this Air Conditioned apartment, both luxurious and comfortable, will sleep 4 comfortably and 5 or 6 with permission of owners. Lovely windows, overlooking the street, are double-glazed and finished with beautiful silk curtains. The living room furnishings, a mixture of antiques and compatible modern, include a double sofa-bed, arm chair, coffee table, decorative fireplace with traditional mirror, original modern art, and oriental rug. There is DSL with Wi-Fi, and a wireless printer, a flat screen Cable TV and DVD, and a Bose Stereo. The dining area is part of the living room and has an antique Directoire bibliotheque and a matching, expandable table with chairs.

The larger bedroom has a "split" King size bed that can be separated into two single beds. The second, smaller, bedroom has a standard Queen sized bed and a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have street views, silk curtains and luxurious sheets and towels.

The Kitchen has been updated with new appliances, including a refrigerator w/freezer, electric cook-top w/four elements, a conventional oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There are gourmet cooking utensils, an espresso maker, dishes and everything needed for feeding a group. It's a well-equipped kitchen, designed for people who like to cook.

The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rack, sink, and mirrored cabinets with ample storage space. There is a separate WC down the hall with a toilet and sink. A clothes washing machine and separate dryer are located behind sliding doors. Extras include an iron/ironing board, French hair dryer, power adapters, numerous guide books and maps, a variety of movies and CDs, use of two French cell phones (renters pay for phone time), and a land line with inexpensive phone service to the U.S.
