This is a modern two bedroom apartment located in the 6th arrondissement is just steps from the Jardin du Luxembourg park on the side near the chess tables, tennis courts, and where they play boules. This is an elegant upscale residential neighborhood. All shops are within easy walking distance and from this flat in Paris you are centrally located between the Place Saint Michel, the Boulevard Saint Germain, and the Montparnasse district.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This modern apartment (660 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) is located on the American second floor with no elevator so there is one flight of stairs to manage. It is bright as all the windows of the apartment overlook a courtyard planted with trees. A school is located at the back of the courtyard and when the students leave and on weekends the outside environment is extremely quiet. All the windows are double glazed. The entrance hall opens onto the main living room which has been divided into two areas. There is a living-room area simply furnished with a couch, a coffee table, and armchair and a dining-room area with a dining table that can comfortably accommodate four people. Equipment includes flat screen cable TV, stereo, phone, and high speed DSL Internet access. The apartment has two separate bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed (160x200) and storage space on both sides of the bed. The second bedroom has a double sofa-bed, a desk, and a wardrobe to store clothes.

The bathroom has a basin and bathtub w/shower and is located near the second bedroom. The toilet and washbasin are separate and located between the two bedrooms.

The modern kitchen is located near the entrance corridor and has a refrigerator, conventional oven, cook-top, and clothes Washing Machine.
